No. 142/1997 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Dangerous Goods (Liquefied Gases Transfer) Regulations 1987 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 1997 The Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Minister for Finance, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 2 December 1997 Responsible Minister: ROGER M. HALLAM Minister for Finance S. VILLELLA Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Dangerous Goods (Liquefied Gases Transfer) Regulations 19871 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3. Extension of operation The operation of the Dangerous Goods (Liquefied Gases Transfer) Regulations 1987 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise by revoked by virtue of section 5 -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 142/1997 Subordinate Legislation (Dangerous Goods (Liquefied Gases Transfer) Regulations 1987 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 1997 2 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 1 December 1998. ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
