No. 141/1997 Printers and Newspapers Act 1958 Subordinate Legislation (Printers and Newspapers (Fees) Regulations 1987 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 1997 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 2 December 1997 Responsible Minister: JAN WADE Attorney-General S. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Printers and Newspapers (Fees) Regulations 1987 1 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3. Extension of operation The operation of the Printers and Newspapers (Fees) Regulations 1987 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 7 December 1998. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
