No. 68/1997 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Retail Tenancies Regulations 1987 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 1997 The Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Minister for Small Business, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 8 July 1997 Responsible Minister: LOUISE ASHER Minister for Small Business SHARNE BRYAN Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Retail Tenancies Regulations 19871 for 12 months. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3. Extension of operation The operation of the Retail Tenancies Regulations 1987 is extended from the date of their revocation -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 68/1997 Subordinate Legislation (Retail Tenancies Regulations 1987 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 1997 2 under section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 until 7 September 1998. ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
