Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the State Electricity Commission (Energy Efficiency Labelling) (Refrigerators, Refrigerator-Freezers and Freezers) Regulations 19871 for 12 months. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
