No. 48/1996 Cemeteries Act 1958 Cemeteries (Exhumation Licence Fee) Regulations 1996 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 18 June 1996 Responsible Minister: ROB KNOWLES Minister for Health A. WILTSHIRE Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to increase the exhumation licence fee. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 48 and 92 of the Cemeteries Act 1958. 3. Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 1996. 4. Exhumation licence fee In regulation 9 of the 1 Cemeteries Regulations 1988, for "$44" substitute "$46". ═══════════════ -- 2 of 3 -- S.R.
