No. 40/1996 Chiropractors and Osteopaths Act 1978 Chiropractors and Osteopaths (Qualifications) Regulations 1996 The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Chiropractors and Osteopaths Registration Board of Victoria, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 21 May 1996 Responsible Minister: ROB KNOWLES Minister for Health A. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the list of qualifications prescribed for the purposes of registration as a chiropractor and osteopath in Victoria. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 8 and 25 of the Chiropractors and Osteopaths Act 1978. 3.
