County Court (Court Fees) Order 1996
The Governor in Council makes the following Order:

1. Objective
The objective of this Order is to prescribe a new
and revised Schedule of fees payable in respect of
civil proceedings in the County Court.
2. Authorising provisions
This Order is made under section 28 of the
County Court Act 1958.
3. Commencement
This Order comes into operation on 27 April
1996.
4. Revocation
The 1 County Court (Court Fees) Order 1986 is
revoked.

5. Fees
The fees payable under section 28(1) of the
County Court Act 1958 are as set out in the
Schedule.
