No. 126/1996 Dental Technicians Act 1972 Dental Technicians (Fees) Regulations 1996 The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Dental Technicians Licensing Committee, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 12 November 1996 Responsible Minister: ROB KNOWLES Minister for Health A. WILTSHIRE Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to increase the fees payable to the Dental Technicians Licensing Committee. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 6, 11 and 15 of the Dental Technicians Act 1972. 3. Regulation 6 substituted For regulation 6 of the Dental Technicians Regulations 1992 1 substitute— -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 126/1996 Dental Technicians (Fees) Regulations 1996 2 "6. Fees The fees to be paid to the Committee are— (a) for a licence $26.25 (b) for annual renewal of a licence $26.25 (c) for restoration of name to the Roll $7.90 (d) for a copy of the Roll $15.75 (e) for an extract from the Roll $5.25". ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
