Objective The objective of these Regulations is to remove the bag limits applied in respect of flathead and bream in the Mallacoota area. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under section 81 of the Fisheries Act 1968. 3. Bag limit in respect of bream and flathead at Mallacoota removed In the table in regulation 19 of the 1 Fisheries (Recreational) Regulations 1992, omit— -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 14/1996 Fisheries (Recreational) (Bag Limits-Mallacoota) Regulations 1996 2 "Bream (all species) All waters of Mallacoota Inlet including the Top Lake, the Lower or Bottom Lake, the Narrows and all rivers, creeks, streams and tributaries flowing into those waters 10 Flathead (all species) All waters of Mallacoota Inlet including the Top Lake, the Lower or Bottom Lake, the Narrows and all rivers, creeks, streams and tributaries flowing into those waters 4 ". ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
