No. 118/1996 Gaming Machine Control Act 1991 Gaming Machine Control (Returns by Gaming Operators) Regulations 1996 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 31 October 1996 Responsible Minister: ROGER M. HALLAM Minister for Gaming A. WILTSHIRE Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe percentages of total daily net cash balances to be paid under section 136(3) of the Gaming Machine Control Act 1991. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 136 and 159 of the Gaming Machine Control Act 1991. 3. Prescribed percentages For the purposes of section 136(3) of the Gaming Machine Control Act 1991— (a) in paragraph (a), the prescribed percentage is 33 1 / 3 per centum; (b) in paragraph (b), the prescribed percentage is 25 per centum; (c) in paragraph (c), the prescribed percentage is 81 / 3 per centum; (d) in paragraph (d), the prescribed percentage is 331 / 3 per centum. 5.
