No. 50/1996 Health Act 1958 Health (Pest Control Operators) (Fees) Regulations 1996 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 18 June 1996 Responsible Minister: ROB KNOWLES Minister for Health A. WILTSHIRE Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to increase the fees for licences for users of pesticides and registration of pest control operators. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 108B, 108C(2)(a) and 108H of the Health Act 1958. 3. Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 1996. 4. Principal Regulations In these Regulations the 1 Health (Pest Control Operators) Regulations 1992 are called the Principal Regulations. 5. Registration fee r. 5 -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 50/1996 Health (Pest Control Operators) (Fees) Regulations 1996 2 In regulation 7 of the Principal Regulations, for "$220" substitute "$230". 6.
