No. 97/1996 Liquor Control Act 1987 Liquor Control (Licence and Permit Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 10 September 1996 Responsible Minister: LOUISE ASHER Minister for Small Business N. C. WHITE Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to decrease fees in respect of certain applications made under the Liquor Control Act 1987. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 65(2), 67(2), 69(3) and 160 of the Liquor Control Act 1987. 3. Principal Regulations In these Regulations, the 1 Liquor Control (Licence and Permit Fees) Regulations 1993 are called the Principal Regulations. 4. Amendment of certain application fees In Table A in regulation 7 of the Principal Regulations— -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 97/1996 Liquor Control (Licence and Permit Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 2 (a) in column 3, omit "or Permit" (wherever occurring); (b) after the entry relating to section 65 of the Act insert— "65 $108 Variation of a Permit"; (c) after the entry relating to section 67 of the Act insert— "67 $89 Removal of a Permit"; (d) after the entry relating to section 69 of the Act insert— "69 $32 Transfer of a Permit". ═══════════════ r. 4 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
