Objective The objective of these Regulations is to make miscellaneous amendments to Schedule 2 to the 1 Magistrates' Court General Regulations 1990. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under section 140 of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989. 3. Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 17 May 1996. 4. Amendments to Schedule 2 In Schedule 2 to the 2 Magistrates' Court General Regulations 1990— -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 37/1996 Magistrates' Court General (Amendment) Regulations 1996 2 (a) omit "Box Hill"; and (b) after "Preston" insert "Ringwood". ═══════════════ r. 4 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
