WILTSHIRE Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to increase marine infringement penalties. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under sections 60 and 105 of the Marine Act 1988. 3. Principal Regulations In these Regulations, the Marine (Procedures) Regulations 1989 1 are called the Principal Regulations. 4.
