No. 10/1996 Mental Health Act 1986 Mental Health (Fees) Regulations 1996 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 20 February 1996 Responsible Minister: MARIE TEHAN Minister for Health KATHY WILSON Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these regulations is to increase the fee payable by a patient receiving accommodation or care from a psychiatric in-patient service operated by the Chief General Manager. 2. Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 142 of the Mental Health Act 1986. 3. Fee for long term psychiatric in-patient service For Schedule 22 to the 1 Mental Health Regulations 1987 substitute— -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 10/1996 Mental Health (Fees) Regulations 1996 2 "SCHEDULE 22 Regulation 21 Type of accommodation or care Fee or charge Long term psychiatric in-patient service $25.10 per day". ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
