No. 107/1996 Physiotherapists Act 1978 Physiotherapists (Qualifications) Regulations 1996 The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Physiotherapists Registration Board of Victoria, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 8 October 1996 Responsible Minister: ROB KNOWLES Minister for Health A. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe qualifications in physiotherapy granted in Canada and South Africa as qualifications recognised for the purpose of registration as a physiotherapist in Victoria. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 12 and 28 of the Physiotherapists Act 1978. 3. Schedule of qualifications amended In Schedule 1 to the Physiotherapists Regulations 19921 , for— -- 2 of 5 -- S.R.
