No. 6/1996 Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act 1986 Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Fees) Regulations 1996 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 13 February 1996 Responsible Minister: BILL McGRATH Minister for Agriculture KATHY WILSON Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to increase prescribed fees in relation to rodeo permits, rodeo school permits, scientific establishment licences and breeding establishment licences. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 16, 26, 29 and 42 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act 1986. 3. Fees The 1 Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Regulations 1986 are amended as follows— (a) in regulation 8(1)(b)— (i) for "$44.50" substitute "$46.70"; and (ii) for "$22.20" substitute "$23.30"; and -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
