No. 33/1996 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Professional Boxing Control Regulations 1986 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 1996 The Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Minister for Sport, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 30 April 1996 Responsible Minister: TOM REYNOLDS Minister for Sport A. WILTSHIRE Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Professional Boxing Control Regulations 1986 for 12 months. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3. Extension of revocation date The operation of the Professional Boxing Control Regulations 1986 1 is extended from the date of their revocation under section 5 of the -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
