No. 119/1996 Supreme Court Act 1986 Supreme Court (Chapter VI Amendment No. 9) Rules 1996 The Judges of the Supreme Court make the following Rules: 1. Object The object of these Rules is to make miscellaneous amendments to the Principal Rules. 2. Authorising provisions These Rules are made under section 25 of the Supreme Court Act 1986 and all other enabling powers. 3. Principal Rules In these Rules, the Criminal Appeals and Procedures Rules 1988 1 are called the Principal Rules. 4. Amendment of Rule 4.032 In Rule 4.03(4) of the Principal Rules for "Form 4C" substitute "Form 4D". 5. Amendment of Rule 4.043 In Rule 4.04 of the Principal Rules for "Form 4D" substitute "Form 4C". 6. Amendment of Rule 6.04 In Rule 6.04(4) of the Principal Rules— -- 2 of 5 -- S.R. No. 119/1996 Supreme Court (Chapter VI Amendment No. 9) Rules 1996 2 (a) after "give directions" insert "as to its hearing"; and (b) for "is made, as to its hearing" substitute "is made". 7.
