WILTSHIRE Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1. Objective The objective of these Regulations is to correct a typographical error made by the Transport (Taxi- Cabs) (Amendment) Regulations 1996. 2. Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 162 and 256 of the Transport Act 1983. 3. Amendment of Transport (Taxi-Cabs) Regulations 1994 In regulation 13C(1) of the Transport (Taxi-Cabs) Regulations 1994 1 , paragraphs (b) and (c) are revoked. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
