Victoria -- 3 of 5 -- Public Holidays Amendment Act 2019 No. 29 of 2019 2 Authorised by the Chief Parliamentary Counsel 3 Public holidays (1) After section 6(f) of the Public Holidays Act 1993 insert— "(fa) Easter Sunday;". (2) After section 6(i) of the Public Holidays Act 1993 insert— "(ia) the Friday before the Australian Football League Grand Final;". (3) For section 6(k) of the Public Holidays Act 1993 substitute— "(k) 25 December (Christmas Day); (ka) the Monday after Christmas Day when Christmas Day is a Saturday or the Tuesday after Christmas Day when Christmas Day is a Sunday;". 4 Repeal of amending Act This Act is repealed on the first anniversary of its commencement.
