Victoria -- 2 of 4 -- Local Government Amendment Act 2016 No. 46 of 2016 2 Authorised by the Chief Parliamentary Counsel (2) In section 76C(6A) of the Local Government Act 1989, for "this section" substitute "subsection (2)". 4 Repeal of amending Act This Act is repealed on 31 August 2017.
