Victoria -- 2 of 4 -- Transport (Compliance and Miscellaneous) Amendment (Public Safety) Act 2016 No. 33 of 2016 2 Authorised by the Chief Parliamentary Counsel 3 Onus of proof on accused in certain cases Section 159 of the Transport (Compliance and Miscellaneous) Act 1983 is repealed. 4 Repeal of amending Act This Act is repealed on the first anniversary of its commencement.
