Victoria -- 2 of 4 -- Children, Youth and Families Amendment (Restrictions on the Making of Protection Orders) Act 2015 No. 27 of 2015 2 Authorised by the Chief Parliamentary Counsel 2 Commencement This Act comes into operation on the day after the day on which it receives the Royal Assent. 3 Restrictions on the making of protection orders For section 17 of the Children, Youth and Families Amendment (Permanent Care and Other Matters) Act 2014 substitute— '17 Restrictions on the making of protection orders In section 276(2) of the Principal Act, for "the custody of his or her parent" (wherever occurring) substitute "the care of the child's parent".'. 4 Repeal of amending Act This Act is repealed on the first anniversary of the day after the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.
