Victoria Authorised by the Chief Parliamentary Counsel 1 -- 2 of 4 -- Crimes Amendment (Repeal of Section 19A) Act 2015 No. 17 of 2015 4 Consequential amendments to Sentencing Act 1991 (1) Clause 2(c)(iii) of Schedule 1 to the Sentencing Act 1991 is repealed. (2) After clause 2(d) of Schedule 1 to the Sentencing Act 1991 insert— "(da) an offence against section 19A (intentionally causing a very serious disease) of the Crimes Act 1958 repealed by section 3 of the Crimes Amendment (Repeal of Section 19A) Act 2015;". (3) Clause 3(b)(ii) of Schedule 1 to the Sentencing Act 1991 is repealed. (4) After clause 3(c) of Schedule 1 to the Sentencing Act 1991 insert— "(ca) an offence against section 19A (intentionally causing a very serious disease) of the Crimes Act 1958 repealed by section 3 of the Crimes Amendment (Repeal of Section 19A) Act 2015;". (5) In clause 3(d) of Schedule 1 to the Sentencing Act 1991, for "(c)" substitute "(ca)". 5 Repeal of amending Act This Act is repealed on the first anniversary of its commencement.
