Self-Government (Consequential Provisions) Regulations 2 (Amendment) I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the A.C.T. Self-Government (Consequential Provisions) Act 1988. Dated 21 December 1989. These Regulations are to be taken to have commenced on 11 May 1989. Principal Regulations 2. In these Regulations, “ Principal Regulations ” means the A.C.T. Self-Government (Consequential Provisions) Regulations. Schedule 1 3. Schedule 1 to the A.C.T. Self-Government (Consequential Provisions) Regulations is amended by inserting in its appropriate alphabetical position (determined on a letter-by-letter basis according to the citation of the legislation to be modified) the following: (S.R. 310/891)—Cat. No. 14/16.10.1989 Child Care Act 1972 Subsection 4 (1) (definition of “ eligible organization ” ): After paragraph (a) insert the following paragraph: “ (aa) an organisation conducted or controlled by, or by persons appointed by, the Australian Capital Territory; ” . Section 13 a (definition of “ State ” ): After “ includes ” insert “ the Australian Capital Territory and ” . Copyright Act 1968 Subsection 10 (1) (definition of “ the Crown ” ): Before “ the Northern Territory ” (first occurring) insert “ the Australian Capital Territory and ” . Paragraph 10 (3) (e): Before “ the Northern Territory ” insert “ the Australian Capital Territory and ” . Paragraph 10 (3) (n): (a) Before “ the Northern Territory ” (first occurring) insert “ the Australian Capital Territory and ” ; (b) Before “ the Northern Territory ” (second occurring) insert “ the Australian Capital Territory or ” . Subsection 183 (11): Omit “ State or ” (twice occurring), substitute “ State, the Australian Capital Territory or ” . NOTES 1.
