Victoria -- 2 of 4 -- Local Government (Brimbank City Council) Amendment Act 2012 No. 41 of 2012 2 Authorised by the Chief Parliamentary Counsel 3 General election For section 10(1) of the Local Government (Brimbank City Council) Act 2009 substitute— "(1) Despite section 31(1) of the Local Government Act 1989, a general election of Councillors for the Brimbank City Council— (a) is not to be held on the fourth Saturday in October 2012; and (b) is to be held under that section on the fourth Saturday in March 2015.". 4 Repeal of amending Act This Act is repealed on the first anniversary of the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.
