Victoria -- 2 of 4 -- Liquor Control Reform Amendment Act 2011 No. 13 of 2011 2 Authorised by the Chief Parliamentary Counsel (2) If this Act does not come into operation before 1 February 2012, it comes into operation on that day. 3 Supplying liquor to minors For section 119(5)(e) of the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 substitute— "(e) to the supply of liquor in a residence to a person under the age of 18 years by— (i) a parent, guardian or spouse of the person (if the spouse is of or over the age of 18 years); or (ii) someone who is authorised by a parent, guardian or spouse of the person (if the spouse is of or over the age of 18 years) to supply liquor to the person.". 4 Repeal of Amending Act This Act is repealed on 1 December 2012.
