(2) Crown grant Volume 2139 Folio 771 is revoked to the extent that it applies to the land shown hatched on the plan in Schedule 3. (3) The Roman Catholic Trusts Corporation for the Diocese of Melbourne ceases to be a trustee of the land shown hatched on the plan in Schedule 3. 2 -- 3 of 12 -- Land (Revocation of Reservations) Act 2007 No. 45 of 2007 s. 5 5 Revocation of reservation—Daylesford land The Order in Council specified in item 3 of Schedule 1 is revoked to the extent that it applies to the land shown hatched on the plan in Schedule 4. 6 Revocation of reservation—Former Beechworth Hospital land (1) The Order in Council specified in item 4 of Schedule 1 is revoked to the extent that it applies to the land shown hatched on the plan in Schedule 5. (2) Crown grant Volume 244 Folio 652 is revoked to the extent that it applies to the land shown hatched on the plan in Schedule 5. 7 Consequences of revoking reservations On the revocation of an Order in Council reserving land— (a) that land is deemed to be unalienated land of the Crown, freed and discharged from all trusts, limitations, reservations, restrictions, encumbrances, estates and interests; and (b) the appointment of any committee of management of that land is revoked to the extent that it relates to that land; and (c) any regulations under section 13 of the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 are revoked to the extent that they apply to that land. 3 -- 4 of 12 -- Land (Revocation of Reservations) Act 2007 No. 45 of 2007 s. 8 8 Registrar of Titles to make necessary amendments The Registrar of Titles must make any recordings in or amendments to the Register under the Transfer of Land Act 1958 that are necessary because of the operation of any provision of this Act. __________________ 4 -- 5 of 12 -- Land (Revocation of Reservations) Act 2007 No. 45 of 2007 Sch. 1 SCHEDULES SCHEDULE 1 LAND IN RESPECT OF WHICH RESERVATIONS ARE REVOKED Item 1—Lake Condah Situation and area of land: Parish of Condah and Dunmore, County of Normanby, 244 hectares, being the bed and banks of Lake Condah. Instrument and date of reservation: Order in Council dated 23 May 1881. Description of land by reference to Government Gazette: Government Gazettes dated 11 February 1881, page 484 and 27 May 1881, page 1389. Purpose of reservation: Site for Public Purposes. Extent of revocation: The land shown hatched on the plan in Schedule 2. Item 2—Orphan Asylum, Cecil Street South Melbourne Situation and area of land: City of South Melbourne, Parish of Melbourne South, 8122 square metres, being Allotment 2, Section 34. Instrument and date of reservation: Order in Council dated 28 May 1889. Description of land by reference to Government Gazette: Government Gazettes dated 12 October 1888, page 3117 and 31 May 1889, page 1794. Particulars of Crown Grant: Crown Grant Volume 2139 Folio 771. Purpose of reservation: Site for a Roman Catholic Orphan Asylum. Extent of revocation: The land shown hatched on the plan in Schedule 3. 5 -- 6 of 12 -- Land (Revocation of Reservations) Act 2007 No. 45 of 2007 Sch. 1 Item 3—East Street Daylesford land Situation and area of land: Township of Daylesford, Parish of Wombat, 715 square metres, being Allotment 2, Section 16. Instrument and date of reservation: Order in Council dated 24 October 1887. Description of land by reference to Government Gazette: Government Gazettes dated 30 September 1887, page 2847 and 28 October 1887, page 3151. Purpose of reservation: Site for an Asylum. Extent of revocation: The land shown hatched on the plan in Schedule 4. Item 4—Former Beechworth Hospital land Situation and area of land: Township of Beechworth, Parish of Beechworth, County of Bogong, 1·745 hectares, being Allotments 1, 2 and 3, Section C2.
