Purpose The purpose of this Act is to repeal the Benefit Associations Act 1958. 2. Commencement This Act comes into operation on the day after the day on which it receives the Royal Assent. Amendment of the Funerals (Pre-Paid Money) Act 1993 Section 20 of the Funerals (Pre-Paid Money) Act 1993 is repealed. 5.
