Requirement: Action in accordance with Agusta Bollettino Tecnico No. 109-48, Revision A. Compliance: As per the Requirement Document. Background: An operator has experienced the loss of a passenger door during flight as a result of a failure to observe the correct refitting procedures. Amendment 1 introduces a modification that simplifies the inspection procedure.
