JEFFERY Governor ‑ General By His Excellency’s Command PETER COSTELLO Treasurer 1 Name of Regulations These Regulations are the A New Tax System (Commonwealth ‑ State Financial Arrangements) Amendment Regulations 2006 (No. 1) . 2 Commencement These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered. 3 Amendment of A New Tax System (Commonwealth - State Financial Arrangements) Regulations 2003 Schedule 1 amends the A New Tax System (Commonwealth - State Financial Arrangements) Regulations 2003 . Schedule 1 Amendments (regulation 3) [ 1 ] Paragraph 4 (c) omit 2005 . insert 2005; [ 2 ] After paragraph 4 (c) insert (d) the GST year commencing on 1 July 2006; (e) the GST year commencing on 1 July 2007; (f) the GST year commencing on 1 July 2008.
