Revocation of p ermission to make an applica t ion for registration as a motor vehicle producer ACIS Administration Act 1999 I, KIM CARR , Minister for Innovation, Industry, Science and Research , under subsection 20 (2) of the A CIS Administration Act 1999 , revoke the decision of 27 July 2004 that it is in the national interest to grant to Mitsubishi Motors Australia Limited ( MMAL ) permission to make an application for registration as a motor vehicle producer. This Revocation takes effect on the da y after the day on which it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments .
